We pride ourselves on the ability to provide quality support to our customers 24/7. In an age where Lean Manufacturing and Just-in-Time production is the norm, companies can not afford to be down due to system or hardware failures. This has led many of our customers to purchase service/maintenance contracts that enable them to be up and running with minimal downtime in case of an emergency. We currently provide contract support to several corporations (both large and small) on IST developed systems, as well as existing customer systems. Given proper documentation, we can provide both remote and on-site support for any of your current warehouse software or hardware systems.

Our team has over 70 years combined experience and is comprised of electrical engineers, industrial and system engineers, computer engineers and software developers. We were proud to be awarded the 2014-15 Whirlpool Integrated Supply Chain Special Services Award.
